Uploading a dog or its coat for mass download is forbidden. Please, respect the time and effort that has gone into making each individual.

I will keep a saved copy of the canine as a backup in case something happens to your game.

Show names cannot be changed. Pet names can, but we recommend they don't, specially if the dog has gotten used to it. However, it is up to you.

When breeding a stud or brood, newborn pups must have either our preffix or our suffix (Uxmal- or -Uxmal Lestat).

You may not use any of my dogs or their coats as a base for your game.

Changes in conformation, coat, eye color and gender are strictly forbidden. Shine markings are allowed.

We solicit you set up a profile for the newly acquired dog within the next twenty days, counting from the purchase date. Failure to do so will result in a warning.

Dogs destined to compete must participate in at least one SUKC and/or SFCI competition once they have turned the minimum competition age of 9 months. Again, failure to adhere to this will result in a warning. If I do not see the dog in any show or trial ring in two months from the purchase date I reserve the right to take the dog back. This is not a requirement for pets.

We reserve the right to deny any application. This does not mean you will not be allowed to purchase a dog from us ever again. On the contrary, we want to ensure our dogs go to the kennel we feel will best meet its individual needs. If you make the waiting list you will be notified.

Should you no longer want one of our purchased dogs you must return it to us so that we can relocate it. Reimburses are not always guaranteed. You may resell the dog if and only if we have given permission for you to do so. Keep in mind that if this happens you will have less chances of making the waiting list cut for future litters.

You are responsible of acquiring all the custom content needed for the dog. All the sliders and markings I use were made and have already been made available online by very talented people; it is not my right or obligation to redistribute such content. If you have any issues with this you are free to return an acquired dog to us. A resource list can be found here.

Puppies will be sent to their new homes SUKC and/or SFCI pre-registered.

Breed our dogs responsibly. This means they should do so at a decent age (around 1,5 years) to reduce health risks and when the dogs have earned enough points.

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate repossesion of the dog or puppy and we will most likely not do dealings with you in the future.
